This coffee begins with carefully hand-selected ripe cherries that undergo an extended fermentation before being depulped and co-fermented anaerobically for five days with yeast and natural strawberry flavors. The process enhances sweetness, complexity, and vibrant fruit character while maintaining balance and clarity in the cup.

After a slow mechanical drying and stabilization period, the result is a juicy, fruit-forward coffee with notes of strawberry, milk chocolate, and bright malic acidity. A showcase of Colombia's innovative processing techniques and commitment to pushing the boundaries of flavor.
